1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Ned & Co. website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The seller is Ned & Co Prints, 26 Green Head Lane, Keighley, BD20 6EU, United Kingdom. Contact: support@nedandco.com.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are in GBP. We are not VAT registered and do not charge VAT.

Prices shown for orders placed up to and including 31 December 2026 (UK time) are opening offer prices. After that, standard prices apply, which are £1.50 higher per print. You pay the price shown when you place your order.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Shipping

We deliver to UK addresses only. Prints are dispatched within 1–2 business days, with standard tracked delivery estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch (4–7 business days overall). Delivery costs £2.95 and is free for orders of £50 or more. See our shipping policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receipt to tell us you wish to cancel a standard print order, followed by another 14 days to return it. Please contact us at support@nedandco.com to arrange a return.

Standard prints retain these rights even when printed to order. We refund standard outbound delivery when the whole order is cancelled. You pay change-of-mind return postage; we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. See our Returns page for the full process and optional cancellation form. Your statutory rights are not affected.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content on this website are the property of Ned & Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
